We hope you were able to join us last Thursday to celebrate the grand opening of our new Training Center in Tri-Cities. A big thank you to the Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber; Ken Hohenberg, Chief of Police (far left pictured below) and Councilman Matt Boehnke (far right) for conducting the ceremony. Our wafla Board Chair, Jon Warling (second to left) and new wafla CEO, George Zanatta (second to right) spoke as well. In case you missed it, check out our video that aired live on Facebook here.
Training Center programs will educate employers and crew leaders on HR best practices, leadership, and regulatory updates. Facilities will be home base for our new COO and Field Services Director. It includes a video studio, conference room, and classroom for up to 60 attendees. The space will also be open to the wider community to host events.
